Classes
Qigong Instruction
This is an ongoing class for qigong movements/exercises. It is open to the general public and you are free to join the class at any time. Persons with all health backgrounds can participate. The rising Lotus Qigong has taught persons who are post-surgery or who have chronic heart/lung conditions, as well as specific conditions such as ALS, SMA, Muscular Dystrohy and more. Christina is a Certified Advanced Qigong Instructor and Peyton is a Certified Qigong Instructor. Both are committed to ensuring a safe practice for all students.

- Tuesday at 7-8 pm - Atlanta Office at Heart Center Therapy

- Wednesday at 7-8 pm - Atlanta Office at Heart Center Therapy
